Life Musical Festival Taunton THE place to be

The Taunton Academy is hosting a music festival and family fun event next Saturday (June 23rd )which promises to be to be a great afternoon and evening. There is no Glasto this year,the cows are enjoying the fields, so why not check out this great charity event for Stand Against Violence which has two live music stages with a terrific line up, including Glenn Tilbrook of Squeeze and hit new boy band FTW.

Ther will be lots to see and do for everyone, including a drumming class,jungle run and self defence lessons. Fairground rides and a bouncy castle will keep the little ones happy and there's a bar for the adults as well as food on site.

Stand Against Violence (SAV) was launched in 2005 by Adam Fouracre after his 17 year old brother Lloyd was killed in Taunton in an unprovoked attack. The charity provides educational material for use in schools colleges and youth organisations, to raise awareness and prevent violence.

This is their biggest fundraiser yet and deserves a great deal of support so get your ticket now, its cheaper in advance but you can also pay on the door.
