Michael Andre greets Taunton Street Pastors

TAUNTON clubbers and Street Pastors were treated to a visit by celebrity DJ Michael Andre,brother of Peter Andre ,on Friday August 26th, He was at the Okoko nightclub to participate in the first of their new Friday Luci Foreman 'Reem' nights.

Taunton Street Pastors were lending support to a young woman near the nightclub in Bridge Street  when they found themselves face to face with Michael Andre.

Emerging from his car beside the team of Christian volunteers who patrol the streets offering care and support to vulnerable late night clubbers, Michael paused for a photograph then shook the hand of Street Pastor leader Adrian Prior-Sankey who said he was pleasantly surprised by the warmth of the greeting: 'Michael bore a remarkable similarity to his famous brother Peter. He was very polite and immediately endeared himself to the female members of our team by his impromptu expression of goodwill to the street pastors"

Michael then made his way into the club for his participation in the special give away event.
