New Head Chef at Cedar Falls

Established Chef Abdel Mayla has been appointed by Cedar Falls Health Farm at Bishops Lydeard/Taunton.  With a 28 year track record working in the health farm and Spa industry, Mayla places emphasis on natural foods and flavourings for the beauty and relaxation retreat.

Egyptian born Mayla began his career as a Chef in 1984. He first worked in Italy where he developed his skills using healthy, locally sourced, seasonal foods. After moving to the UK, he gained extensive experience working for national health farms and Spas.
