Snow-who got it all?

After the Met Office putting us all on tenter hooks,snowfall in the Taunton area was a bit of a blink and you miss it. Enough to make the match against Taunton Town and Paulton Rovers having to be postponed,along with the cheque presentation from the monies raised at the armed forces day last year.

They did get significant snow in the east however so if you are heading that way,you should check for delays. Airports in Bristol,Exeter, Heathrow and Gatwick are all open but there are delays and cancellations with some flights due to the severe conditions in parts of Europe.

Meanwhile, I was all set to go out and take snow pics today but will have to be content with the memory of how beautiful it was last winter around Taunton in the snow.
