Michelin award winning Indian restaurant Mint and Mustard has come to Taunton just in time for Valentine's Day . Already wowing the foodies in Cardiff, their stylish Indian cuisine has also been acclaimed by The Observer and the Good Food Guide. Taunton resident and a surgeon at Musgrove Park Hospital, Ajit M Kandoran is one of the co-founders of the restaurant and said : " When we decided to expand our restaurant,Taunton was the obvious choice. Like Cardiff,Taunton is an exciting and vibrant place where people have an appreciation for quality and value." He promises a different contemporary dining experience, unlike most people's conception of an Indian and an executive chef,Pramod Nair, who has cooked for the Queen. If that has got your mouth watering, they open with a VIP launch to be attended by the Mayor and Mayoress on Thursday February 9th and bookings are already flooding in.
