World Book Day at Wellsprings Primary School Taunton

Children at Wellsprings Primary School joined in with over 100 countries who celebrated the 15th annual World Book Day on Thursday march 1st, by dressing up as characters from their favourite books and films at the end of book week on Friday.

Among them were the Incredible Hulk and King Arthur, to name a few. All in all, it was a fun week where pupils also voted on their favourite book in the Somerset Fiction Awards.
Children participating in book week were entitled to a £1 voucher to use towards any book of their choice or buy one of the special £1 books seleted for the event.
