West MP gets extra responsibilities

Somerset MP Jeremy Browne has taken on extra ministerial responsibilities because of the conflict in Libya, and other events in the Middle East.
The Foreign Office Minister will take the lead on India, Bangladesh and Nepal for the next three months.
The Liberal Democrat Taunton Deane MP’s existing responsibilities include Asia Pacific and Latin America, meaning he looks after countries such as China, Japan and Brazil, and aspects of preparations for the 2012 Olympics.
