The Rosie Crane Trust's Taunton Drop-in for bereaved parents at The Albemarle Centre, Albemarle Road, Taunton is benefitting from growing sales of the pudding created in memory of Rosie by the head chef at the Castle Hotel. Patron, Mrs Louise Chapman, who owns the hotel with her husband Kit, donates 50p for every Rosie's Chocolate Memories pudding sold in Brazz. So far they have raised £233 for the trust. New chef, Liam Finnegan, has tweaked the original recipe to give it his own twist. If you have already tried them you will have to go back and try the new version to see if it is as good, or better, than the original. If you haven't tasted them, you really have missed something delicious, so go along and indulge yourself whilst raising funds to support bereaved parents.
