Is anyone planning on going to the BBC Stargazing Live event at Taunton racecourse this Thursday? It looks quite good - there are expert astronomers, a mobile planetaria, and guest speakers who will 'reveal the secrets of the universe'.

The BBC says: "There are lots of free, fun, hands-on activities for everyone to enjoy from the enthusiastic beginner to the committed amateur."

Any time between 4.30pm and 9.30pm.

Sounds pretty good to me, I was just wondering if anyone else had seen/ heard about it? There's also a similar event in Bridgwater on Friday.
