Open Studios - Somerset Art Weeks in Taunton

Somerset Art Weeks 2012 give artists across the county the opportunity to feature their work in homes, studios, schools and theatres all over Somerset.

Many artists do not have the funds for advertising and some do not even have their own studios.

It gives local people the opportunity to discover local art and artists in their area, see them at work and talk to them.

More than 300 artists are taking part in 221 venues across Somerset from 15 - 30 September.

Many artists from the Taunton area have got involved and the Brewhouse is working with Somerset Art Works and Stroud Valley Arts to present a Gloucestershire – Somerset artists' exchange from 6 – 14 September.
