Mega charity auction in Taunton

Taunton people could own a Formula One car wing signed by Michael Schumacher  and Nicos Rosberg ,  tickets to Somerset County Cricket a family return ticket on the Eurostar,and all kinds of cool stuff thanks to Career Academy Students from Richard Huish College.

They have organised a charity auction in aid of bibic, with over 40 items you can bid on from celebrities and local businesses.

Anyone can bid on these items through a special website www.auction.btck.co.uk from now up to the 5th April 2011. The highest bid from the website will be the starting bid at the live auction on the 6th whihc will be by invitation only. If you are not out bid, the goodies are yours.

Well done to the students for securing high profile donations,other celebrities to donate items include Stephen Fry  and Lee Westwood, the voiceover man from X Factor. Local items have also been donated, including items from Moment Photography, Cedar Falls, RNAS Yeovilton and Jeremy Browne MP.

All money raised from the auction will be donated to bibic the national charity offering practical help to families caring for children with conditions such as autism, cerebral palsy, Down's syndrome, developmental delay, traumatic and acquired brain injury and specific learning difficulties such as attention deficits hyperactivity disorder, dyslexia and dyspraxia.
