Really popular place and for good reason. The staff are all lovely and make you feel welcome whether it's your first time or you are a regular. The service is quick even when it's busy, which it often is, and they do a nice selection of drinks including real ale. But it's the food that keeps most people coming back for more - delicious Thai is a favourite with locals and the prices are very reasonable. Give it a go.
