  Taunton Deane Borough Council has organised free parking for all in Taunton car-parks this month. The initiative means that drivers can park their cars in Taunton for free from 3 – 6pm on Saturdays this month.   Flooding has caused delays on the A38 in both directions between Taunton and Wellington this evening. Parts of the road are under almost one foot of water near the Blackdown and Willowbrook Garden Centres.
